Of course, we recognize that situations vary, and tank water heaters will always have a place in the industry. We install and service gas and electric water heaters of many brands.

We began business in 2005 as Pioneer Economy Projects, our parent company name. When we got started we were involved in broader scope of work projects, but we have become more focused on our area of greatest expertise: quality plumbing solutions and tankless water heating innovations.
We hold both residential and commercial plumbing licenses in South Carolina.

I began plumbing working with my father Tom Woodhams and his business partner Randy Thomas, who ran a successful plumbing company in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. They taught me to understand the engineering principles of plumbing. After many years with them, I worked on large scale commercial/industrial projects in California, New York, and South Carolina. That experience provided me with the opportunity to learn from many skilled mechanical tradesmen, gaining background in other mechanical trades. I also appreciate working with some skilled residential builders and architects from whom I have learned a lot about building design and codes.
I’ve always been very inquisitive, and love problem solving and understanding how things work, which keeps me learning, especially about innovative technologies in the industry.

We focus on friendly, helpful customer service, and stand on our integrity.
From the beginning of our company operation, we always wanted to make sure to finish the job completely. Nothing would irritate me more as a customer than little details left undone, so we try to make sure we pay attention to those details for you.
We train new plumbers and technicians, but make sure they have the skills and training to do the job, and check backgrounds to make sure our customers can trust them.

WHAT IS IT?
Tankless Water Heating
Also known as “on demand” water heaters, these turn on and heat water as the water is used. These are most commonly fueled by natural gas or LP, but may also be electric. Only a very small amount of water is held inside the water heater, so little energy is wasted through ambient heat loss.

Though more recent to the US market, tankless water heaters have been in use for nearly 100 years in Europe and Asia, and are a reliable and efficient choice for almost any home. Increased market choice and better technology has made tankless water heaters an affordable choice, and can be found in many new homes. Additionally, Condensing Technology in gas and LP equipment has developed in recent years, making it possible to transfer up to 97% of the energy contained in the fuel into the heated water, making tankless water heaters the “Green Energy” choice. This can save you money!
A comfort and luxury feature of tankless water heaters is the endless supply of hot water that they can produce; when sized and installed properly for a home, you will never run out of hot water!
FAQs
Does it take a long time to get hot water?
No. We feature Rinnai products. The startup sequence takes under 2 seconds, and water is at the target temperature in about 7 seconds. Any wait is related not to the water heater but to the length of pipe between the water heater and the point of use. We can shorten or virtually eliminate this time with recirculation or by choosing the location of the tankless water heater carefully.
How long do they last?
In many cases they can last 20 years or more. Unlike tank type water heaters, every part can be replaced.
